Launceston Kart Club

Steven Wrigley's kart was stolen from Rocky Stones van at Yarraville in Melbourne last week. He was over there to race the city of Melbourne Titles and it was broken into overnight. Stolen items included a BRM kart, a Ricey Racing Engine, Alfano, new axles, sprockets, a toolbox full of tools, a Spacro helmet and race suit, race boots, a 6x3 tent and a transponder.

The next event to be held at Archerville is the Car Accessory Installs Clubman Cup
on Sunday 5 September 2010.

Feature Classes are Clubman Light, Clubman Heavy, Clubman Super Heavy, Junior Clubman & Over 40's Clubman Pro at 155kg.

Support Classes: Midgets, Rookies, Junional National Light & Heavy, Senior National Light & Heavy, Tag-Rotax,Leopard,Fireball & Cheetah @ 167kg on MG Yellows & MG White wets (Leopard x30 @ 172kg) refer SKC Ruling. Tag Restricted Light @ 160kg & Heavy @ 180 kg.

Just a reminder that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Riverview Hotel this Wednesday 4 August 2010 at 7:30pm.

Members are reminded that keys to the complex are not to be lent to any other person.

Keys may be withdrawn from those lending them out if the practice continues.

If you are a non-member and wish to borrow a key, they can be obtained from any of the local kart dealers for a refundable deposit.

The second round of the FT Guy 2010 Club Day Series will be held this Sunday 25 July.

Results for the first round held on 30 May can be found here. TaG light is looking like it will be a closely fought battle.

The final round takes place on 26 September.
